To provide constructive information from an end users perspective and encourace people to implement healthy changes, support weight loss efforts. Living healthy starts with how you live your life, and a major influencer of that is how you eat and exercise. A major contributing factor is motivation. I hope I can provide enough motivation to encourage people to start the journey towards a healthy lifestyle.

Weighing In

Finally I have decided to do something about my weight. For all the right reasons I am overweight and moving towards obese. I am 5ft 10 and in relative terms for a woman quite tall. However I tip the scales at around 86 Kg. Now thats where the issue is. My BMI (Body Mass Index) is 27.1 and a BMI between 25-30 is overweight.

Now for a 27 year woman, a full time worker, a mom with a 8 month baby and a full time wife managing weight and controlling what I eat is an added headache, but if left to itself I am sure I will land up being obese.

After a lot of comparisons and lifestyle choices I decided to go with lightneasy.
